I’ll forever remember that evening as one of the most emotional of my career. July 2019 saw us perform our 100th concert on Vrijthof square. In honour of that anniversary, Annemarie Penn-te Strake (Mayor of Maastricht) ascended onto the stage and presented me – much to my surprise – with a bronze plaque during the concert. That plaque is now at the place where we walk onto the stage on Vrijthof square. It was a very moving moment! I would like to thank my fans for coming to Vrijthof square from all over the world!
