[blockquote]Rieu starts and ends tour in London[/blockquote]

André Rieu announces he will play a third show in Wembley Arena on december 6 2013 due to populair demand. The extra concert is part of his new December tour in the UK and Ireland. During this Christmas Tour André, his Johann Strauss Orchestra and soloists will perform beautiful waltzes, world famous songs from Viennese operettas and musicals and of course some of the most beautiful Christmas melodies. Tickets for Rieu’s third London concert go on sale from: May 10 2013. Early booking is advised.

A waltz for the Dutch King
Last week the Dutch Prince Willem Alexander and Princess Màxima were officially inaugurated as the new King and Queen of the Netherlands and the King’s ball was part of the festivities. André Rieu was invited to arrange a brand new waltz medley, The Coronation Waltz, which he performed live for over approximately 30.000 people during the King’s ball in Amsterdam. The first part of the concert was broadcasted live on national Dutch television.

André Tops ‘Hot Tour Chart’
André Rieu makes his second No. 1 appearance of the year on Billboard Magazine’s weekly Hot Tours ranking with box office grosses reported from tour dates during March and April. Leaving behind artist like The Cure, Black Sabbath, Diana Krall and Prince. André earned the No. 1 spot due to his tour through the United states and Canada, four concerts in Rio de Janeiro and a performance in the city of Belo Horizonte.
